I tried this. And it took the coupon code and said free shipping and tax. But then it insisted I select a shipping method. I went with the cheapest (media mail) and it changed my order from FREE to $3.99.
Any ideas?
When I put in the coupon code it initially had the media mail and other option, then it took a moment to refresh and offered me a new option above media as a free promotion shipping. That's the one I selected. If you aren't getting that option, I would try customer service?
